My Story
“I love working with children and seeing them become confident and grow in self esteem because they start to believe in themselves. This is really rewarding for not only myself but their parents too”

I have worked with children in various different settings for the last 23 years and it is something I have always wanted to do. I love meeting new children and working out what style of learning works best for them and to then use this when I’m planning fun, engaging activities for them.
I joined the Fun Development team in 2021 and although I am happy to work with all age groups, I’ve mainly been working with primary school children. Previous to this, I worked in a mainstream primary school 1:1 alongside children with SEND.
I ran a successful private tutoring study centre for 10 years and in this time I got to work with children from age 2 up to age 16, learning how to meet each ones full potential. I am so happy to be able to continue supporting children and their individual needs with Fun Development.

I take time to get to know the families and children I work with so that I can build up strong, positive relationships, which in the long run helps each child develop and reach their full potential.
